We aren't responsible for policy changes, product issues, fulfillments, refunds or anything else related to third-party websites. That said, Zazzle and Teespring are really cool, so please reach out to them directly to resolve any issues! :)
Important! Our CREUCAT.COM Créu Crafts Shop just launched, so we thank you in advance for your patience! We will be making updates to this page, so make sure to check it out regularly.
1. Shipping Information
We truly hope you enjoy your order! ❤ PriVer will try shipping your order as soon as possible! Orders made after 4PM (Pacific Time) will ship the next day.
Yes, we do ship world-wide! Please note that Free Shipping applies only to US domestic orders - international orders may incur extra shipping and tax costs. Please note that once the order arrives in your country, we may not be able to track it, as it is managed by your country's postal service. Some countries may be excluded from shipping or have additional restrictions. Please allow at least 10 days for International orders.
Your Créu Craft may come inside a cute gift bag. The gift bag color is chosen randomly and we’re unable to take specific packaging requests. The good news is that you can save our packaging for personal use or pass it along to other friends as gifts!
Please note we are not responsible for cosmetic damages to the packaging caused during mail transit.
Important! All Créu Crafts come from a pet-loving home! We do everything possible to keep our products safe & away from kitties and other allergens. However, we cannot 100% guarantee that a pet particle won’t sneak in accidentally ;)

2. Returns
We are 100% committed to your satisfaction! If you’re not happy with your product, please return it for a full refund or exchange. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. Used items may not be accepted.

Please note that buyer is responsible for any additional return shipping costs and responsibilities! Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your original payment method. We will only issue refunds after your order is received back!
Sale items are final and may not be eligible for a refund!
3. Cancellations
Ordered by mistake or changed your mind? You may be able to cancel your order! Please note that once your order is shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order. You will need to refer to our Returns policy should you wish to return your item for a refund.
4. Our commitment to the planet
PriVer wholeheartedly cares about our impact on the environment. With small gestures, we strive to generate the least amount of waste possible. We also choose partner manufacturers who respect the well-being of their hardworking employees.
Our mailing packaging is made of nature-friendly, recyclable kraft paper, which is so cute you will want to repurpose it!
Your Créu Craft will come inside a cute gift muslin bag, which you can save for personal use or reuse it to gift to other friends! (Colors are chosen at random upon shipment.)
Your Créu Craft is also protected by biodegradable cornstarch foam. Just place it in water and watch it disappear! It is completely safe for plants and animal wildlife.
Even our thank-you card has a purpose: flip it to find a mini-coloring page! Enjoy!
We will try as much as possible to reduce any amount of plastic in anything we do. While this may not always be possible, we fully encourage you to properly recycle plastic! Contact your local city facilities on how to recycle plastic the right way.
Our Créu Pins, for example, come with plastic packaging from the manufacturer. We decided to not remove it in order to keep the product as clean as possible.
